That's why we work with musicians, schools, libraries, parks, cultural organizations, senior communities, museums, and other community partners to create performances and educational experiences in places where people already gather.

Left Coast Music: Our Mission & Purpose
The purpose of Left Coast Music is to promote the appreciation of live music through performances, education, and community engagement, with a mission to expand access to live music by funding and supporting ensembles that perform public benefit concerts throughout San Diego.
What We Do
Left Coast Music was created alongside Left Coast Quintet, a San Diego chamber ensemble that has been performing throughout Southern California since 2014. LCQ also performs for many private events throughout San Diego at weddings, events, holiday parties, and more! To learn more about our booking us for a private event, click here!
The Quintet serves as one of our primary performing ensembles, bringing an unusually broad library of music into our programs, from Bach, Beethoven, and Debussy to jazz, Broadway, film music, Disney, The Beatles, and contemporary favorites.
As Left Coast Music grows, our vision extends beyond a single ensemble. We want to create opportunities for musicians, community organizations, educators, venues, and audiences to come together through live music.

Full concert sponsors have the opportunity to collaborate with us on key elements such as location, program focus, and recognition, including naming opportunities and acknowledgment at the event. We’re proud to recognize our supporters in meaningful ways and are happy to tailor sponsorship visibility to align with your goals.
